1. Open Gmail and go to your inbox.
2. Search for @stearnshr.com.
3. If you see one of our emails in Spam, open it and click “Not spam”.
4. Click the Show search options icon in the search bar.
5. In the From field, type @stearnshr.com and click Create filter.
6. Check “Never send it to spam” (and optionally “Always mark it as important”).
7. Click Create filter to save.

Tip: You can also add us as a contact (hover our email address > “Add to contacts”).

1. Sign in at outlook.com.
2. Click the ⚙️ Settings icon > “Mail” > “Junk email”.
3. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.
4. Enter stearnshr.com (without the @) and press Enter or click Save.

Also check your Junk Email folder and mark any message from us as “Not junk”.

1. Open an email from @stearnshr.com.
2. Tap or click the sender’s name.
3. Choose “Add to Contacts” or “Add to VIP”.

Apple Mail treats contacts and VIPs as trusted, so future emails are less likely to go to Junk.

1. Open Yahoo Mail and go to your inbox.
2. Check your Spam folder for any emails from @stearnshr.com.
3. If you find one, open it and click “Not spam”.
4. Click the sender name and choose “Add to contacts”, then save.

Adding us as a contact plus marking messages as “Not spam” helps Yahoo trust our emails.

1. Search your inbox and spam/junk folder for @stearnshr.com.
2. Mark any email from us as “Not spam” or “Not junk”.
3. Add our email address to your Contacts or Address Book.
4. Look in Settings for a section like “Safe senders” or “Allow list”.
5. Add stearnshr.com as a safe/allowed domain.
